Using Wings 3.7 when PC is in a domain

Does it affect Wings 3.7 if the computer it is being used on is part of a domain?
I used wings on a set of computers for many months with no problems, but the computers were just standalone and only part of a Workgroup.
But then I changed the computers to be part of our domain (so I had to log on to each one individually) and I have been having a few strange problems with wings crashing and not rendering properly, and slaves getting stuck in a loop whenever F7 is pressed.
Could this be to do with the Domain?
