Jerky panning in projector

This may not be a problem with WP as such, but maybe someone has had a similar experience with very jerky panning across still pictures when projected. The panning looks smooth in WP full screen but when I project the show (I have a recent Epson 8350 1080p projector) the jerkiness is terrible. It is almost unwatchable, it`s so bad. Using smart moves doesn`t seem to help. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you.

I found the solution to my own problem. My vga monitor (from which the show and notes run) was at 75 hz, whereas the projector runs at 59.95 hz. Adjusting the monitor to 60 hz made the difference. The camera movements now run smoothly.

Hello Ian,
Just want to say, great discovery, and appreciate you posting your findings.
I never would have thought matching the monitor's refresh rate with the projector's would have solved the problem. I have read that we need to match the projector or monitor's refresh rate with our video's frame-rate or at least a multiple of the frame-rate, but not your discovery. Did I say great discovery? This will go down in my litle book of problems and solutions. Thanks again.
