I'm evaluating Wings Platinum at the moment and have a question if someone wouldn't mind answering for me.
DMX interfaces - can any USB-DMX interface be used or is it limited to the soundlight one?

Hello David,
According to the helpdoc Soundlight is the only one supported by Wings Platinum and as far as I know will be supported.
With a couple other ones I could not get any success.
There is one minor other solution with a serial to dmx conversion eventual via an usb to serial converter. It worked fine during some past presentations, but you must be alert to make the serial connection intime. Further you must develop your own driver in WP, but that is a rather easy job.
