have problem install version 3.5

after i finished installation of version 3.5, When I try to open the program, it keeps pop out a word of warning:
DLL C:\program Files\AV Stumpfl\\Wings Platinum 3\d3dx9_36.dll is not the correct window file.....
Can anyone help?

Hi Austin,

before you install Wings Platinum 3.5 you have to install DirectX 0.9c from November2007.

The error message describes that Direct X is not available on your PC.

Please download the file of our homepage or install Direct X 9.0c directly from the
Wings Platinum 3.5 programm DVD.
