URGENT! unable to create video Display Data

Hallo

Ich benutze WingsPlatinum auf English weil mein Deutsch noch nich so gut ist. Aber ich versuche es auf DEU zu erklären.

Mein Problem: Video data display wird nicht gemacht für meine Video Material (mov oder avi) und ich kann nicht auf mein Projekt bebutzen. Obwohl schon vohear gegangen ist. Unter die Ausgabe fenster "Tasks" steht nur eine Uhr, aber es lauft nicht weiter und ich kann die videos auf den Timeline nicht bearbeiten. Was soll ich versuchen so das der creation von Display data wieder funktioniert? Ohne display data werden die videos nicht gespielt.

Here in English, in case I did not explain my self correctly:

I have worked with videos in the past on WingsPlatinum, and it is usual that the Display Data gets created first so that the video can be added to the timeline and worked on. For some reason, with my 16:9 project at this point I am unable to create display data and unable to work with any kind of videos (mov, avi, wmv). I have in the past created other shows with videos included and there was never an issue, but today something changed that I cannot create the display data of any video material.

I have asked the program to create the display data but it only shows a clock. I assume this mean, is stated as queued. But, in the past the display data for a relatively small video never took longer than a couple of minutes. How long should I expect a display data to be created on a video that is about 100MB in size for example?

Maybe you have to pull the video from the media pool to the time line first. If you have checked "production of image data only for used images or videos" (something like that), WP will start to create data only if you pull the respective video into the timeline.

Hallo Forum,

Vermutlich ist die Erstellung der Grafikdaten deaktiviert. Das Symbol dazu findet man oben in der Menüleiste zwischen Record- und Wiederherstellen-Button (Das Symbol mit dem Stift). Beim anklicken wird die Erstellung der Grafikdaten pausiert bzw. wiederaufgenommen.

Ich gehe mal davon aus, das WP ohne Grafikdaten keinen Sinn macht - wozu in aller Welt ist dann dieser (einrastende) Knopf zum Abschalten der Erstellung von Grafikdaten?
