Timeline and tracks disappeared

I don`t know how I`ve managed to do this but my timeline and all the tracks (video, picture etc) have disappeared - only black where they once were. The user interface is still present and the tracks exist in other shows but not the one I`m working on. I`ve pressed something but don`t know what - no mention of "timeline" in Options that I can see. Yikes. Help!

answered my own panicky question by clicking the Display button in Timelines in the Media Pool...
