Extract audio from HD-video is 3 times longer ?

Hello Forum,

By adding m2ts files from my HD camera (Panasonic) the audio is 3 times longer then the videopart ?
Playing the files with the Windows Mediaplayer, Cyberlink or VLC player no problem at all,
The problem is the import.

I have already installed the Vista codec pack and also the Combined Community Codec Pack with some filters.
I see a Haali Media Splitter and a FFDshow

Maybe is the reason a wrong preset or parameter from one of the filters??
Anybody knows the settings ?
Or some wrong setting in Platinum?

Anyone a solution ?

Hallo Wieger Siebenga,

das Problem können Sie wahrscheinlich lösen, wenn Sie den "AC3-Filter" (findet man leicht per Google) installieren und diesen auf "Stereo" einstellen. Weitere Infos finden sich in der Hilfe wenn man den Suchbegriff "AC3" eingibt unter "Videos integrieren".

Dear Christoph,

Thanks a lot for reply, I have installed the AC3 filter and it works correct now.

But only when I add some new video files to the mediapool.
When I regenerated the files (media-pool/grafikdaten erstellen) it's the same behaviour
At moment I have cleared the competed map with grafikdata and it's now rebuilding.
When it finished, maybe the problem with de old files is also dissolved.
